GRAY S. BENNETT
DIRECTOR & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Gray began his career in information technology, supporting the telecommunications and security operations of listed companies in South Africa. In 2009 he founded Epilite Security Group, which served precious metal mines, refiners and exporters. In 2012 he joined Great Lakes Refinery, a Hong Kong-based group, training across the full life cycle of precious metals, and helped build its South African business and branch. At Azgar he leads the trading desk and oversees daily operations, from first contact and due diligence to agreement, delivery, assay and settlement.
STEPHEN M. HANN
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Steve oversees Azgar's counterparty and supply-chain due diligence, drawing on more than 35 years in African mining, engineering and gold sourcing. A mechanical and production engineer and Licentiate of the City & Guilds of London Institute, he has designed, built and operated gold mining operations in Zimbabwe, including work for the Ministry of Mines and the Zimbabwe Miners Federation, and consulted to mines in Botswana and the DRC. His first-hand knowledge of mine sites, production capacity and export routes lets Azgar test the origin and legitimacy of material before any transaction proceeds.
DR ABDULLAH A. ALANIZI, MD
CHAIRMAN
Dr Alanizi brings more than four decades of executive leadership across healthcare, real estate and international investment. He served as Director General for several health regions with the Saudi Ministry of Health and led the introduction of the Kingdom's national Hepatitis B vaccination programme. He founded Project of Health Programmes (PHP), a private group managing government hospitals in Saudi Arabia, and expanded into Europe with St Joseph's Hospital in Dublin and The Stamford Hospital in London, which he chairs. He has invested in central London real estate for more than 30 years, and is a member of the Arab British Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi–British, Saudi–American, Saudi–Russian, Saudi–Spanish and Saudi–Irish Business Councils

Prem manages Azgar's new client relationships, from first enquiry and due diligence through to agreed terms. He brings more than a decade of experience in financial markets research, foreign exchange trading and investment product development.
