ASSAY & DELIVERY

Every gram weighed and assayed before final payment. Azgar does not run its own refinery, which keeps assay independent of the buyer. Metal is delivered to an accredited Dubai refinery or registered assay office, where it is weighed, melted and sampled, and the gold content is certified.

1. Secure transport: insured, bonded logistics from the airport or point of origin to the refinery.

 

2. Weighing and XRF: gross weight is recorded and an initial XRF purity reading is taken on arrival, in the presence of both parties or their representatives.

 

3. Melting and fire assay: the material is melted, sampled and fire-assayed to determine fine gold content.

 

4. Certificate and settlement: the assay certificate sets the final fine weight used for payment.
